Kameron Andersen is originally from Lancaster, Ca where she began piano lessons at age 7. She pursued music in college, earning a B.A. In Music Education with a Vocal-Choral emphasis from Cal State Fullerton. While in college she helped develop a music theory program for the All American Boys Choir, based in Costa Mesa. After college, she taught high school choir for a year in San Bernardino, and was an Elementary Music Specialist in Garden Grove for two years. Her other teaching experience includes both Creative Expression and Vocal Music at Arts-X-press, Pacific Symphony Orchestra's Summer Arts Immersion program. She studied Voice with Alis Clausen and Sue Harmon and Piano with Kathleen Black and Dr. Martha Baker, and studied choral conducting under John Alexander. She has toured with the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra and has sung under the batons of Esa-Pekka Salonnen, Keith Lockhart, Carl St. Clair, John Maucheri, John Alexander, Victor Venner and Sheridan Ball. She is married to her best friend, Matthew and has been teaching private piano and voice students for nearly 30 years.
